Your commitment

We at Z Meditation understand that students need to be ready for learning the spiritual principles and meditation. As meditation is just not an isolated-from-life exercise, it requires that you should have a deep urge for deconditioning and freedom. Check out the following ifs’.

You are ready to join Z Meditation Retreat(s) I & II or III:

if you feel a deep urge to find unconditioned peace,

if you want to learn how to get rid of your unnecessary baggage,

if you want to be as loving as a Buddha,

if you feel that you want freedom more than anything else,

if you feel that now is the time and you cannot wait anymore,

If your answer is ‘yes’ to the above ifs’, then please do ‘A Simple Awareness Exercise’ and send us the results along with the following commitment’:

I want to realize unconditioned peace and love. I am ready now to sincerely work toward achieving this state of freedom from the turbulence of my mind. I promise that if I will understand the spiritual principles to be RIGHT, I will try my best to live up to them.

And if you are opting for the Z Teacher Training Retreat, shine your practice and life with unconditioned peace and love. Be free. Be free first. Let your very being exude this knowledge. It is only after living in this state for some time that you should decide about joining this retreat and teaching afterwards.

Meditation for today

If your goal is to get established in the Self, sincere practice, indomitable courage and perseverance are the keys. Drawing-room discussions, Facebook postings-comments or restaurant chatting will not be enough for diving deep into the experience of the Self. You will need to make meditation your very life – with eyes open and with eyes close -- so that every pore of your being gets filled with the love of Truth.~ Ajay Kapoor
