Z-Meditation

Dear Friend of Z-Meditation,

For the last nine years, we have been trying to spread the message of peace and unconditioned love in the world. These meditation retreats have been greatly beneficial to the students from all over the world.

We have, through unlimited grace of the Lord, experienced a lot of joy in the process. When the bonds of ignorance are broken, it is not only the eyes of the students that shine, we also find immense satisfaction in the process. There cannot be any work more fulfilling than this.

Last year, we formed a Trust by the name of  Shri Krishna Kripa Vilas Trust  in order to make Z-Meditation more broad based. It was decided at a Trust meeting that the Z-Meditation Centre should be shifted to a quieter and more convenient place in the vicinity. A land was purchased about three kilometers from lower Dharamsala and the construction activity was started.

For your perusal, the Objectives of the Trust and the duties of the Trustees and those who get associated with us are as under:



Objectives of Shri Krishna Kripa Vilas Trust

  1. Realization of the Truth, the One Reality behind all the apparent diversity - through Listening, Contemplation, Meditation and Living the Truth in one's day to day life.
  2. Propagation of the Truth in the form of Satsangs, Meditation Retreats, Bhajans and Selfless Work for the good of the society.
  3. Integration of Spiritual, Mental and Physical needs by incorporating Yoga and Natural-Living Methods also.
  4. Serving the needy.


For the Realization of the above objectives,
the Duties of the Trustees

  1. Practising Meditation daily - minimum one hour a day - for keeping the purity, understanding and priorities shining.
  2. Studying the scriptures daily in order to make the mind subtle enough for the firm and clear grasp of the Truth.
  3. Holding / Organizing Aniketa Dhyana (Z-Meditation) Retreats wherever there is a Sattwic scope for the evolution of the mind.
  4. For those in need, creation of opportunities for their speedy evolution:
    1. For the poor children, ensuring their development through education and helping them realize their true potential.
    2. For the unemployed youth, creation of opportunities of learning towards Self Employment.
    3. For the uneducated masses, creation of awareness and opportunities towards at least basic literacy.
    4. For the old people, creation of opportunities for their useful passing of the time and making them understand the purpose of human life.
    5. Organizing Medical Camps in villages for serving the needy.



AN APPEAL

We require funds for the completion of this project. Your help is needed
in this regard. We also firmly believe that it is not us, but the Cosmic
Intelligence that is governing ALL happenings in the universe. Our job is
limited to doing our best in the moment. This letter is being written in
this spirit only.

  2. The facility most commonly used is ‘remit2india’ which takes the minimum commission for all remittances sent to India.

  3. The third way is to send a money order or bank draft through your bank in your country. That money order will then be deposited in the bank account here in India. This is costly and time consuming.

  4. A costlier way is through ‘Western Union’ whose commissions are high, but the service is immediate.
