Have you prepared yourself for the Z Adventure? You can register for Z Meditation Retreats or Online Courses only after having done the following preparations:

a. Listened to at least one audio or video of ‘Deep sharing of ex students’?

b. Listened to at least one audio or video of ‘DeConditioning Inquiry’?

c. A Simple Awareness Exercise for one hour?

d. Listened to the introduction audios of Z Meditation Technique, Z Meditation Retreats and / or Z Meditation Online Courses? These audios are available on the relevant pages.

e. Made up your mind that Unconditioned Peace, Happiness, Love and Freedom are on your top priority and you are open to receiving the knowledge and meditation method of Z Meditation?

f. Resolved that you will be objective in receiving the knowledge – that is, you are ready to inquire into the validity and utility of your beliefs and other patterns?

If yes, please sign up for the course that you are interested in and eligible for.
