How to have good meditation I
Meditation means the experience of Absolute Blissful Awareness as one's eternal identity. All of us are divine; we just need to clear the dust off the mirror, i.e., one's attachment with the relative patterns of the mind is the only obstacle. This series of three videos will explain how to have good meditation. There is a paramount requirement of joining the real life with what one practices in meditation. That is, meditation ought to bring about a lasting change in one's habit patterns. When done rightly, meditation is a very joyful experience. It removes the suffering instantly.
