ARE YOU FREE TO BE HAPPY?
Learn to Connect with Your Inner Self in a 11-day Silent Meditation Retreat.
Ajay Kapoor, the founder of Z-Meditation, with his wife Suruchi, has shown the path to people from all over the world to be free of suffering and live in effortless happiness. For the past twenty years, Ajay and Suruchi have been teaching the timeless tools of deep inquiry to dig out conditionings and realize unconditional peace, love and freedom.
In this 11-day retreat, Ajay will guide you through their deep inquiry techniques, which have helped thousands to let go of their painful thoughts, find freedom from the past, and rediscover joy and fulfillment in their lives. Ajay will be traveling all the way from Dharamsala, India, to be with us to teach us this special practice of Z-Meditation.
The retreat will be divided in two parts:
1. The first five-and-a-half days, it will be held at Olema Retreat. In the beautiful and peaceful setting of Olema, one hour from San Francisco, you will be joined by fellow practitioners as you break free from the burden of pain, anger, guilt, and other difficult emotions ― whether you’ve been carrying them for a week or for decades. Ajay will take up the first two levels of Z Meditation and will teach you the Deep Deconditioning Inquiry and the Radiant Mantras.
2. The second part will be held at Cathy Nason's home in Invernesse, CA. It is about 15 miles from the Olema Retreat. Ajay will take up the final level of Z Meditation and help you remove the deepest of the conditionings from your mind. The purpose of this level is to experience one's true identity with the Self. At Cathy's place, you will be required to stay in your tents as the accommodation is limited there.
Even though this is a rare opportunity, this is also not for everyone. As with any life transforming experience, this retreat will require your deepest commitment and prior preparations. Also, due to limited availability, preference will be given to individuals who are committed to “walking the path.”

I want to have lasting peace in my life. I should be able to experience it wherever I am living.
With the Z Meditation method, I feel I can easily achieve that.
– Shirit
I have never done a silent retreat before and did not know if I could handle it. I am grateful for the “silence.”
It created a “safe” environment and gave me the opportunity to hear and receive this valuable lesson.
Thank you for putting it forth so straight forward.
– Lisa
What has been truly illustrated to me is how much crap and useless stuff the mind thinks of. This isolation
on a retreat has helped me sort out many things, and I will go forth, into the world with a new confidence.
And lastly, I have not eaten so well for a very long time.
– Kimm
Meeting you both (Ajay & Suruchi) has been beautiful. I thank god for bringing me here,
and for his work that you do.
– George
It is like someone has switched on a light in my head, given me the key to a lock I thought would never
open. I always knew there was more to life, I always knew I had a purpose,
I am glad I did not give up searching, at last, I have the ‘Truth’.
– Carly
Before I came to this meditation retreat, I was ver y depressed. I couldn’t find any reason really to live.
I can breathe again, laugh again, love again. Now that I’m not searching anymore.

– Tina
I feel as though I’ve been given the most beautiful gift; What a joy!
